During the challenge, switch one or more of your usual journeys to cycling. This could be: 🏢 Cycling to work 🏫 Cycling with the kids on the school run 🛒 Riding to the shops 📍 Any everyday journey counts (if you usually would have driven, or gone by public transport instead).
